Tri-City Cyclists was founded in October of 1985 with the election of its first board of directors: President, Jess Keys; Vice President, Jack Rich; Secretary - Kathy Warszawski; and Treasurer, Al Baily. The next month the board decided to add a Director-at-Large as a tie breaker in voting situations. History was made after that. See the History page for more.
