Join the Tri-City Cyclists for Rides to the Great Lakes Bay Regional Trail Mix Event on Sunday Sept. 19. <br /> <br />Tri-City cyclists are hosting a two rides starting at 9 AM at the Freeland Sports zone and traveling to the Bay Zil Trail before returning to the Freeland sports a little before noon for the Great Lakes Bay Regional Trail Mix Cookout including beverages, music, and prizes!<br /> <br />A faster paced (18-20 mph) ~45 mile ride led by Matt Ohl and a more moderately paced (15-16 mph) ~35 mile ride led by Mike Colucci.The goal is for both rides to start and end together at the Freeland Sports Zone.<br /> <br />These rides and the Trail Mix event are a great opportunity to connect with other TCC members and supporters of the GLBRT. The cookout will last until 1:30 PM. At 1:30 GLBRT President, Rob Eggers will present the current &quot;state of the trails&quot; highlighting projects recently finished and sections in the planning phase. Exciting improvements are in the making for 2022!<br /><br />Register for the Trial Mix event at https://www.greatlakesbaytrails.com/trail-mix-event. For the registration you get, snacks along the trail, the cookout, a t-shirt and provide support to the Great Lakes Bay Regional Trail Network.<br /> <br />Join us on Sunday Sept. 19th for the TCC Tour de Tri-Cities and the Great Lakes Bay Regional Trail Mix event to support maintenance costs for our Regional Trail Network. If you can’t make the rides in the morning you can still register for the event/ cookout and support the Great Lakes Bay Regional Trail.<br /> <br />This is a great chance to show the Tri-City Cyclists to the larger Great Lakes Bay Trail User community.<br /><br />In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, please do not attend group rides if you are feeling ill or might have been exposed to someone infected.
