About this event

????? 237 MILES ACROSS MICHIGAN FOR MENTAL HEALTH ????

October is Emotional Wellness Month, and on October 24th, I’m taking on a 237-mile bike ride across Michigan — and I’m inviting YOU to ride with me.

Whether you want to ride all 237 miles with us or jump in and ride a portion of the route, come be part of the adventure!

This ride is being done to raise awareness for mental health and emotional wellness while raising $20 per mile for Mental Health Crusaders.

?? 237 miles. $20 per mile. One mission: Mental Health.

This is NOT a sanctioned race or organized event. This is a training ride for Tri for Hope 2.0, and I’m opening the invitation to anyone who wants to take on the challenge with me.

?? THE CHALLENGE

?? October 24, 2026
? 6:00 AM START
?? Lake Michigan
?? Forester Township — Lake Huron
?? 237 miles — coast to coast — within 24 hours

We will follow the ODRAM route from Lake Michigan to Bay City State Park, continue past the state park, and then head toward Forester Township on Lake Huron.

The average riding speed will be approximately 15–16 mph, with a cruising speed of approximately 17–19 mph when conditions allow.

The goal is simple:

Start at Lake Michigan. Finish at Lake Huron. 237 miles. 24 hours.

Friends, family, and our community will also be able to track us throughout the ride through a tracking app, so they can follow our progress across Michigan. We'll also be posting updates and sharing our adventure on social media along the way.

?? WANT TO RIDE ALL 237 MILES OR JUST A PORTION?

You can do either!

If you want to take on the full 237 miles, meet us at Lake Michigan for the 6:00 AM start.

If you would rather ride a portion of the route, you can join us along the way. You will need to follow my live tracker and meet us at the location where we will be.

Anyone joining for a portion of the ride must also have their own SAG/support vehicle or arrange to share support with another ride
