Safe Streets for Saginaw - Public comment opportunity
Published on 7/10/2025
The City of Saginaw Engineering Division is working to develop a Comprehensive Transportation Safety Action Plan (CTSAP), also known as Safe Streets for Saginaw (SS4S). The City of Saginaw applied for and secured a U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant, which will help fund the safety action plan. The goal of SS4S is to develop a strategy to help reduce the number of crashes and prevent fatalities and serious injuries on the City of Saginaw’s roadways.
There will be an SS4S Nonmotorized Virtual Focus Meeting on Tuesday, July 22nd from 11:00 Am – 12 Pm. It's an opportunity to hear an overview of the project and planning process, discuss data and engagement findings so far, and discuss the draft vision and goals.
If you would like to join the meeting, request a separate one, or provide feedback, please contact:
